  • Designed floor plans for two offices in New York including locations of all desks, conference room, and the waiting area all the way down to the small scale of location and quantity of internet ports and electrical outlets. Worked with the various construction companies (electrical, plumbing, internet, phone, hvac, contractor) to meet strict date deadlines.
  • Acted as the local I.T. representative, solely supporting up to 30 people, submitting problems and coordinating special events with the central network support team in Montreal. This would include all in-house server and firewall maintenance. In addition, I prepared all pc's for new employees, inventoried all pc's and software installed, performed necessary printer maintenance, all network wiring, and fixed or upgraded all pc hardware as necessary.
